I do ship internationally and request that you contact me to discuss costs. We will no doubt be discussing your specific requirements already so I will be able to provide you with a quote both for your order and shipping.
I will usually dispatch items via 2nd class post unless I discuss other options for you. Postage and package costs listed on the website represent 2nd class postage. If you require insurance or courier service, please discuss this with me before making payment. For overseas currency's I will work out conversion at the rate of the day order is placed (unless you are using paypal which will do this automatically. Returns Policy. Should you purchase a product direct from my website (without customisation) and you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 21 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. For sales that are special orders and custom made merchandise, all sales are final.I will be in regular contact with you throughout the design and creating process but should there be a problem with your order please contact us within 21 days of delivery in order for us to correct the situation. Custom made & personalized items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Items may be exchanged for credit only if you are not fully satisfied & the items have not been opened or damaged in any way.
